This assessment raises the question of whether a civil war is one of the possible scenarios in Egypt? However, the assessment rules out this possibility. It points out that the last three years have witnessed a lot of talk about civil war; still, what Egypt is witnessing is the civil war mentality, not actions of a civil war, because the state has control all over the country without any pockets or geographic sites outside its control. Furthermore, most Egyptians hate anyone who carries out any anti-state activities. In addition, geography is not suitable for the nature of this war.
