Modern Methodologies in Building Strategic Scenarios

The course aims to teach the skills of building strategic scenarios. The main aspects in this course include:

• Framing skills of a deep understanding for issues of interest to analysts and decision-makers.
• Mapping of actors in the landscape.
• Examining skills of the influence of actors with impact on scenarios.
• Mapping of changes and indicators that help to enhance the robustness of the scenario.
• The methodology of “What IF” in building scenarios to know the possibility of shifts in the influence of actors and their positions on issues of interest.

General terms and conditions

• The minimum number of participants in each course is 10. The course will not be held if the minimum number is not available.
• Courses will be held online via Zoom app, start at 9:00 am and end at 2:00 pm every day.
• At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of completion accredited by the Emirates Policy Center. The participant will also receive the material taught in the course.
•   The participant will not receive a certificate unless he/she completes all course training hours.
• To register in any course, please include: Name of required course, and the preferred date, number of participants, the employer name (institution, organization, embassy, or ministry).
