EPC Signs MoU with Pakistani Think Tank
Emirates Policy Center | 25 December 2016
President of Emirates Policy Center (EPC) Dr. Ebtesam al-Ketbi signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Global Think Tank Network (GTTN) in Islamabad, Pakistan. GTTN, which is part of the National University of Science and Technology, is the most prominent think tank for studying and analyzing public policies in Pakistan.
The MoU provided for cooperation between EPC and GTTN on organizing debates and preparing joint studies that produce strategic analyses on issues of mutual interest.
The signing of the MoU stems from EPC’s keenness to build a network of partnership with prominent think tanks all over the world to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, research expertise and enhance joint cooperation among these think tanks.
Dr. al-Ketbi signed the MoU on the sidelines of her participation in a seminar organized by GTTN early December 2016 titled: “Peace, Growth and Empowerment: Promoting Regional Connectivity.”
The signing ceremony was attended by UAE Ambassador in Islamabad Essa al-Noaimi.
